CampusServe — Trusted Student Services

Applies to: All users — Customers and Student Workers equally.

1. Purpose

CampusServe LLC operates an online platform connecting customers seeking services with student workers offering services. The purpose of this Agreement is to protect CampusServe's legitimate business interest in those platform relationships while allowing reasonable use of the platform.

2. Acceptance; Electronic Consent

By clicking "I Agree," creating an account, submitting a booking request, accepting a booking, or otherwise using CampusServe after being presented with this Agreement, you agree to be legally bound by it and consent to transact electronically.

3. Who This Agreement Applies To

This Agreement applies equally to any user of CampusServe, whether acting as a Customer, a Student, or both. Customers may not bypass CampusServe to hire Students they met through the platform, and Students may not bypass CampusServe to accept work from Customers they met through the platform.

4. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; and (b) you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement.

5. Defined Terms

"Platform Services" — The categories of home or local services offered through CampusServe from time to time.

"Introduced Party" — A Customer or Student you first connect with through CampusServe via a completed booking or direct message. Merely viewing a public profile does not make someone an Introduced Party.

"Off-Platform Transaction" — A transaction for Platform Services between parties first connected through CampusServe that avoids CampusServe's booking flow or service fees.

6. Limited Non-Circumvention & Non-Solicitation

During the Restricted Period, you agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

Solicit, hire, contract with, accept work from, or otherwise engage in an Off-Platform Transaction with an Introduced Party;
Request, encourage, or assist an Introduced Party to bypass CampusServe;
Use contact information obtained through CampusServe to arrange an Off-Platform Transaction; or
Knowingly accept an Off-Platform Transaction proposed by an Introduced Party.

7. Restricted Period

The Restricted Period ends twelve (12) months after the later of: (a) the last completed booking; or (b) the last direct message exchanged through CampusServe regarding Platform Services.

8. Remedies

If you breach Section 6, CampusServe may recover the greater of: (a) $250 per proven Off-Platform Transaction; or (b) 3x the platform fee CampusServe would have earned. CampusServe may also seek injunctive relief.

9–12. General Provisions

No Waiver. Severability with judicial modification. Governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas; venue in Washington County, Arkansas. This Agreement forms part of the CampusServe Terms of Service.
